Common questions
How do I join a group?
Groups are joined with an invite code or invite link from your group leader. Ask your youth leader, teacher, or group admin for the code, then use it when you sign up.
I did not get my verification email.
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing after a few minutes, try signing up again with the same address, or ask your group leader for help reaching us.
I forgot my password.
Use the password reset link on the login screen. The reset email goes to the address on your account.
How do I turn daily reminders on or off?
Open your profile in the app and set or clear your reminder time. You can also turn notifications for 7xBible off entirely in the iOS Settings app.
How is my score calculated?
The scoring rules — quiz points, the perfect-score bonus, streak bonuses, and the streak multiplier — are listed on the Info screen inside the app.
How do I delete my account?
Log in, open your profile page, and choose Delete My Account. See the Privacy Policy for other ways to request deletion.
Parents and leaders
7xBible is used by churches, Christian schools, youth groups, and families. Group leaders can see who in their group is showing up and keeping a streak. For questions about starting a group, use the Feedback screen in the app.
